Adam Bryning, CMCA®, AMS®
Adam is a seasoned property management and operations executive who serves as a strategic partner to Colorado Community Management (CCM), contributing deep expertise in association governance, fiduciary oversight, and community-focused operations. With more than seven years of direct HOA management experience and a broader background in operations, sales leadership, and facilities management, Adam brings a practical, compliance-driven perspective to supporting healthy, well-governed communities.
Adam has held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-property portfolios, management teams, and complex vendor ecosystems. His experience working directly with boards of directors—facilitating meetings, advising on budgets, enforcing governing documents, and navigating construction, insurance, and legal matters—aligns closely with CCM’s mission to promote transparency, accountability, and sound decision-making at the community level. He is particularly valued for his ability to translate regulatory requirements and financial realities into clear, actionable guidance for volunteer boards.
In addition to governance support, Adam has led initiatives in client retention, manager training, preferred vendor programs, and operational standardization—strengthening organizational consistency while maintaining a strong service culture. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and formal certifications in accounting and computerized accounting, reinforcing CCM’s emphasis on fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability. A Colorado native with over 30 years of experience in property management, Julie brings extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and HOA community properties, consistently delivering exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and residents.
With expertise in operations management, budgeting, vendor coordination, compliance, and community relations, Julie is known for a proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining property values while fostering strong, thriving communities. Her long-standing roots in Colorado provide valuable insight into the region’s unique market dynamics and community needs.

Jennifer is a senior operations and finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-entity organizations across construction, property management, and disaster recovery services. She provides enterprise-level oversight of financial strategy, operational performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while supporting multi-state operations and large-scale project execution.
Jennifer’s background includes property and fiduciary management of exclusive, high end, and historically significant properties. Construction related background in the HOA and multi-family space in directing multi-million-dollar reconstruction projects, managing architecturally significant and high-profile properties, and partnering with legal, engineering, tribal, and executive stakeholders to deliver results in high-risk, high-accountability environments.
She holds degrees in Economics and Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) bringing a disciplined, data-driven approach to leadership. Her expertise in governance, financial controls, and organizational design makes her a trusted strategic partner to growing and mission-driven organizations.
